NOTES
Tour cost is based on base category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
This is sharing basis trip, the supplement cost for private vehicle @ Rs. 2,000/- per person EXTRA.
All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
Govt. ID with address proof / passport with valid visa is compulsory during the train journey/ to stay at hotel.
Allotment of coach / berth / seats will be done by Indian railway through its Centralized Passenger Reservation System only.
We do not guarantee allotment of seat / berth of your choice. Furthermore, it is not possible for us to advise you whether your choice of berth is being allotted or not because it’s all done by Indian railways passenger reservation system without any human interference.
We will provide seats in AC Chair Car Coach (Train sates are subject to availability), if not available in mentioned class or coming available in next higher class, than guests need to pay the train fare difference.
Train tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
The transportation / hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
Package cost NOT valid on black out dates / High Peak travel dates / Long weekends / Diwali dates / Dev Diwali / Christmas eve, New year dates, Holi , Desert Festival dates.
The payments for additional service / extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
Early Check-in and late Check out room NOT included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
Remarks
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in hotel.
The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.

100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel / Camp reservation.
Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation.
Hotel / Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.
Hotel Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.
Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.
Terms and conditions
Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation:100% of the package amount.
Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel:20% of total package cost .
Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel:30% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel:50% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel:75% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel:100% package amount will be forfeited.
All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatsApp number only.
In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
